What are the response times outside metropolitan Auckland?
Ridgeline Facilities agrees property maintenance response targets individually for sites outside metropolitan Auckland, including locations north of Warkworth and south of Bombay. Access conditions, travel and suitable contractor availability are confirmed before those sites enter a proposal. The metropolitan two-hour P1 target should not be assumed to apply automatically.
