What does the 24/7 reactive service promise mean?

Ridgeline Facilities provides 24/7 intake for Auckland commercial property faults, every day. The coordinator classifies risk, records hazards and access, dispatches an appropriate vetted contractor and tracks completion. Metropolitan P1 incidents have a two-hour on-site target; response expectations outside metropolitan Auckland are agreed individually rather than assumed.

How are reactive jobs prioritised?

Ridgeline Facilities prioritises Auckland reactive maintenance by safety, security, active property damage and operational disruption. P1 emergencies target attendance within two hours and make-safe within four hours across metropolitan coverage. P2, P3 and P4 requests follow the published business-hour or scheduled targets, keeping urgent incidents distinct from routine faults.

What happens when you call?

Ridgeline Facilities records the Auckland maintenance fault, checks hazards and site access, then dispatches an appropriate licence-verified contractor. The caller receives an ETA. After sign-off, the job record includes completion evidence and photographs, with the invoice matched to its job number so the client can review what was delivered.

  2. DispatchSuitable vetted contractor briefed for the site.
  3. Close-outPhotographs, approval, invoice and job record matched.

When is approval required?

Ridgeline Facilities agrees reactive maintenance approval thresholds in each Auckland client's contract. Work above the agreed limit requires a quote or written approval, except immediate make-safe action needed to protect people or property. No unconfirmed dollar threshold is a standing authorisation; the signed scope and emergency provisions govern.

Callout fees are stated as a range in the proposal and shown separately from labour, materials and any specialist charges.

Which trades are covered?

Ridgeline Facilities coordinates Auckland reactive maintenance through vetted contractors covering electrical, plumbing, glazing, locksmith, security, water ingress and HVAC breakdowns. Suitable registration, insurance and licences are checked for the work required. Ridgeline holds the client coordination contract but does not represent itself as the registered tradesperson performing physical work.
