How are contractors prequalified and monitored?
Ridgeline checks identity, relevant licences, insurance, qualifications, references and health and safety information before a contractor joins the panel. Records are checked before dispatch, high-risk tasks require a task analysis, incidents and performance are reviewed, and the panel is audited quarterly. Expired insurance or licences block dispatch automatically.
The panel model does not transfer the duties of LHA Holdings Limited trading as Ridgeline Facilities or the client's duties under HSWA 2015.
What is Ridgeline's insurance position?
Insurance details and policy limits are confirmed during proposal discussions or onboarding. Contractors are required to hold appropriate current insurance for the work they perform, and evidence is checked before dispatch.

How does health and safety work under HSWA 2015?
LHA Holdings Limited trading as Ridgeline Facilities remains a person conducting a business or undertaking, or PCBU, with overlapping duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. Subcontracting physical work does not transfer the duty. Ridgeline coordinates hazard information, access, task analysis, contractor selection and incident escalation with the client and the performing contractor.
